The country is currently experiencing the longest flu season in a decade.

That’s according to a report released last Friday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The extended season is due to a second viral wave, resulting in two different flu seasons combining into one.

Dr. Arnold Monto is a researcher at the University of Michigan and joined The Show to talk about it.
