A historic property that was partially responsible for the creation of the Cactus League moves closer to getting a renovation.

The mineral baths at Buckhorn Baths in Mesa lured the New York Giants west, eventually followed by other baseball teams. Ted and Alice Sliger opened the hotel and baths in 1939, but both have since closed. So what’s next for the property?
