A Valley Metro rail vehicle maintenance truck by the light rail stop at Washington and Priest on Thursday.

Riders on the Valley’s light rail system were stuck for about an hour on Thursday as a power failure stopped all trains. This was the first time something like this had happened. Valley Metro Spokeswoman Hillary Foose talked about if officials know what went wrong.
