It might sound overly nostalgic to say that childhood in America is not what is used to be. But a new study shows, in one very real way, it’s true.
New research from the RAND Corporation finds young people in this country, across all demographics, are much more likely to be arrested than previous generations. Some of the demographics seeing the biggest increase are white men and women.
