Navajo Nation Dine Marriage Act May Be Up For Review

Despite the increasing number of states allowing same-sex marriage, the country’s largest American Indian reservation does not. But, the Navajo Nation will soon have a new president and that’s led some to speculate the Dine Marriage Act of 2005, which prohibits same-sex marriages, may be up for review.
