Grand Canyon Education (GCE)— the “business” side of Grand Canyon University — unveiled a huge transaction Tuesday.

GCE is buying Orbis Education Services for $362.5 million. Orbis is a provider of health education programs for a number of universities across the country, including Marquette and Northeastern.

So what does this deal mean for Grand Canyon Education going forward and its goal of competing in the sector?
