What do Borneo and Phoenix have in common?

Monday night at the Phoenix Zoo, Trina Noonan with the nonprofit organization Health in Harmony, made that connection.

Health in Harmony is a planetary health organization. The folks there work on improving our planet’s biodiversity and health, and they do it using some less than obvious solutions.

Case in point: In Borneo. For the last decade, they've been tackling deforestation by providing healthcare for the families and communities living around the rainforest.
