Remembering Carolyn Warner, Who Could Have Been Arizona's First Female Governor

Carolyn Warner has passed away. She served three terms as Arizona superintendent of public instruction and ran in arguably the most interesting gubernatorial race in the past half century in Arizona.
After leaving public office, she remained active in Democratic politics.
