After more than 40 years, a judge’s ruling could finally mark the beginning of the end of a lawsuit over desegregation in Tucson schools

In 1974, a federal court ordered the Tucson Unified School District to desegregate its schools. But, while everyone seems to agree that they would like to end court supervision in the case, plaintiffs are concerned this is a rush to judgment.

To catch us up on all of this, Hank Stephenson with the Arizona Daily Star joined The Show from Tucson.
