CNBC is reporting that the controversy surrounding Papa John’s pizza founder John Schnatter may have permanently damaged the pizza chain.

Wall Street analysts have issued a rare “sell” recommendation for the company's stock and franchise owners are seeing a drop in business.

Eric Riess, a partner with the Lathrop Gage law firm in St. Louis, joined The Show to discuss the challenges faced by franchise owners when the brand they’ve invested their money in is in trouble.
