Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has certified the results of a March election in Tempe where voters approved a city charter change that will ban anonymous, large donations to political campaigns.

At the same time, the state Legislature this year approved a measure that bans this kind of regulation, which the governor signed.

Tempe Councilwoman Lauren Kuby, who championed the change in Tempe, joined The Show to help sort out the issue.
