Zoltan Takacs Makes Snakes A Part Of His Career

Near the top of the list of things most of us are afraid of — not including nuclear war or public speaking — are snakes. They tend to be slimy and slithery, and some of them are extremely dangerous — with venom that could hurt and, in some cases, kill humans.

For some reason, Zoltan Takacs is not only unafraid of snakes — they’ve actually become a major part of his career.

He’ll be talking about that tonight at 7:30 at the Mesa Arts Center as part of the National Geographic Live Speakers series. His presentation is called "Deadliest Lifesavers," and he’s with me to talk about it.
