Three companies – Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase – are banding together to create a non-profit that’ll provide health care for their employees.

They haven’t released too many details about the venture so far, but its announcement has generated a lot of buzz, both in and out of the health care industry.
