Some businesses in Arizona, and across the country, have complained they can’t find qualified workers to fill their open jobs. So, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation has developed a new curriculum to help companies train and find the talent they need.

It’s called the Talent Pipeline Management Academy.

Jaimie Francis is the director of programs and operations with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Center for Education and Workforce.

The curriculum has been in beta testing for a little while, and the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce was in the second group to use and test the system. Todd Sanders is the group’s president and CEO.
