But Felicia Campbell wants to do things a little differently. Campbell is the newly announced food editor of the Phoenix New Times, and instead of only the regular food blog fare, she wants to focus more on what our food says about our culture.
Campbell is new to Phoenix, an Army veteran who’s studied culinary anthropology in the Middle East. She’s even the author of a book about the food of Oman.
