Last night, Adele made history sweeping the Grammys, winning album, record and song of the year.

It was a shock for some — including the singer herself, who couldn’t accept her awards without mentioning the greatness of Beyonce.

And of course, the Grammys aren’t just about the awards. They’re about the spectacle, the performances, and the politics — and last night was no exception.
