Lots of companies, organizations and government agencies are trying to make themselves more environmentally sustainable — and that includes the U.S. Military.

ASU this week hosted a panel called “Sustainability as Strategy in the U.S. Armed Forces.”

We speaks with two of the panelists: U.S. Army Col. Michaelle Munger — who works in the office of the Defense Secretary for Readiness Programming and Resources — and retired Army Lt. Col. and current sustainability Ph.D. student Joe Knott, who helped organize the event.
