Arizona’s highway performance was in the top half nationally in 2012, according to a new report.

The Reason Foundation’s annual highway report ranks Arizona 19th in the country, although the state gets some very high and very low marks in specific categories. 

David Hartgen is the report’s lead author, and professor emeritus of transportation studies at UNC Charlotte.
