One Measure Off Arizona Ballot, Two Others Await Legal Approval

The number of ballot measures Arizonans will decide this fall fell by one Monday, as backers of an initiative to cap the pay of hospital executives said they’d spend their resources elsewhere.
Two other measures, to increase the minimum wage and legalize marijuana are the subjects of pending lawsuits.
