Phoenix is nearly a top-ten tech talent market, according to the commercial real estate firm CBRE. The company recently released its Tech Talent report, which looked at 50 markets across the U.S. and Canada.

Phoenix comes in at number 11, although it also ranked near the top in the “brain drain category.” Phoenix's "brain drain" rank indicates the number of people who graduate with tech-related degrees is greater than the number of new tech jobs created.
