Las Vegas, Nevada.

Just like communities in the Valley, Las Vegas is focused on the future of its water supply. Over the past two years, that has manifested itself in what the city is considering an economic development tool: water innovation.

Earlier this month in Politico, writer T.R. Goldman put together a story titled "Las Vegas Is Betting It Can Become the Silicon Valley of Water."

We spoke with Goldman and the University of Arizona’s Robert Glennon, who is the author of the book "Unquenchable: America’s Water Crisis and What to Do About It."
