There’s been a lot of talk at the Capitol this year about the state’s Empowerment Scholarship Account program.

Efforts to expand it to allow any student in Arizona to use public money to attend a private school have faced opposition. At the same time, the Grand Canyon Institute has been looking into another aspect of the private vs. public education debate - the state’s tuition tax credit program.
