An Anthem-based nonprofit is trying to promote mental health and prevent suicides among firefighters and EMTs.

Jeff Dill is a retired fire captain and founder of Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance, which he said is the only known organization in the United States that tracks and validates firefighter and EMT suicides.
