Expert: Arizona Among States Farthest Away From Normal Labor Market Conditions

The U.S. Labor Department said the country added 211,000 jobs last month, and the national unemployment rate held at 5 percent.
Arizona, by contrast, reported an unemployment rate in October of 6.1 percent. Gad Levanon, managing director of Marcoeconomic and Labor Market Research at the Conference Board, provided a sense of what the report means for the country and for Arizona.
