Foreign companies have been coming into La Paz County, in western Arizona, and setting up farming operations.
Some county officials are concerned the lack of groundwater regulations there could pose a problem for residents. La Paz County Supervisor Holly Irwin is one of those who’s worried. She explained the issue.
