Gov. Jan Brewer signs SB1070 in 2010.

It’s hard to believe, but five years after Arizona passed it’s immigration enforcement law, Senate Bill 1070, the law is still being litigated in the courts.

After a federal judge struck down some portions of the law and upheld others in September, both sides are appealing to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
