Arizona Education Board Votes To Authorize 2 Lawsuits Against Diane Douglas

This week, the Arizona Board of Education voted to authorize two new lawsuits against Diane Douglas, Arizona superintendent of public instruction.
That follows months of conflict between the two parties, including a call to the Department of Public Safety.
Jeremy Anderson, president of the Education Commission of the States, a non-partisan education group, answered if Arizona is unique in its state education setup.
