This summer, we’ve asked Hank Stephenson of the Arizona Agenda to step into the wayback machine, and talk to some former newsmakers about notable moments in Arizona political history — and how they relate to events taking place now. 

We’re calling the series Back Story, and today we’re talking about pork barrel politics, specifically during the Napolitano administration.
