Arizona last week joined the list of states that’ve banned TikTok on state devices.

Gov. Katie Hobbs signed an executive order requiring state agencies to remove the app from devices owned or leased by the state, as well as from personal devices used for government business. More than half of the states have done this, mainly over fears about TikTok’s connection to the Chinese government.

Bree Fowler, a senior writer covering cyber security and digital privacy for CNET, joined the Show to talk about what specifically are policy makers concerned about.
