There’s been a nationwide Adderall shortage since last October, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

There’s been a bit of debate as to what caused the shortage, but we know one thing for sure: People who rely on it have been rationing their Adderall prescriptions.

Teen Vogue features reporter Fortesa Latifi spoke with people who depend on their Adderall to get through the day for a piece that appears in Teen Vogue.
