"Octonauts: Above & Beyond" is streaming on Netflix.

A new cartoon streaming on Netflix takes on issues surrounding climate change.

"Octonauts: Above & Beyond" features a team of animated animals looking to protect habitats and animals both in the water and on land. And Susie Sandrin is helping make sure the science on the show is right.

Sandrin is a professor in the environmental science program at Arizona State University. The Show spoke with her to learn about her involvement with the series.
