This election season, The Show is asking young people to share their views on politics.

So far we've heard from a Republican, a Democrat and a libertarian. Now, we move away from the extremes of the political spectrum.

Many young people reject any party affiliation and instead identify as independent.

And that rings true for Lydia Curry, a left-leaning moderate who isn’t satisfied with either major party. Curry is 19 years old and the president of the Society of Professional Journalists at Arizona State University. She explains why she believes no party truly represents her.
