"Game: An Autobiography" by Grant Hill.

Former NBA star Grant Hill spent some of his most surprisingly successful seasons late in his career with the Phoenix Suns.

Hill had been a standout in college at Duke University and then came into the NBA with sky-high expectations. He fulfilled some of those until a serious ankle injury — complicated by a MRSA infection — put him out of action. The Suns brought Hill to the organization in 2007, and he experienced a career resurgence for several years before retiring in 2013.

Hill is currently the managing director of USA Basketball’s Men’s National Team that will compete in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

The Show spoke with Hill earlier this year about his career and his autobiography, "Game."

The conversation began with Hill giving his perspective on whether it makes sense for more student-athletes to stay in college as long as they can, rather than try to turn professional after their freshman year, which men’s college basketball players are permitted to do.
