The group Greater Phoenix Leadership is made up of some of the biggest companies and most well-known people in the Valley.

The group has announced its new president and CEO, former Tempe Mayor Neil Giuliano, will take over the position in November.

We talked to Giuliano about what makes him the right person for the job.
