Arizona's active 2022 monsoon season could give way to drier fall months

Parts of the Valley are cleaning up this morning, after seeing strong winds and heavy rain overnight. Some areas, especially in the East Valley, got more than an inch of rain in the last day.

This has been an active monsoon season so far, especially compared to some of those in recent years. And with us to talk about why that is, and what the rest of the season looks like, is Matt Pace, meteorologist for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.
