Cloth & Flame marks 4/20 with cannabis fine dining experience in Phoenix
Legalizing recreational marijuana use has helped cannabis move even more to the core of mainstream culture, and that includes finding more of it in our pantries, refrigerators and menus in the form of food. And this doesn't mean it's there through edibles, but as an ingredient in items for three- and five-course meals. And those marijuana-infused meals are finding their way to upscale dining events.
One of those events is taking place April 20 in Phoenix, as Cloth & Flame presents the latest in its Verde Series, "High Fi Cannabis Dining Experience with Jukebox."
Matt Cooley is co-founder and CEO of Cloth & Flame, and Nick Rusticus is Cloth & Flame’s executive chef.
