Former Arizona Cardinals head coach Steve Wilks has joined the high-profile lawsuit filed by former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores, alleging racism in the NFL’s hiring and firing practices.

Wilks, who is African American, lasted only one season with the Cardinals — 2018, when the team had three wins and 13 losses.

Wilks alleges he was treated worse than Cardinals general manager Steve Keim, who remains in his position — and recently received a contract extension.

Kyle Odegard worked for the Cardinals for eight years and is now sports and gambling editor with Compare.Bet. The Show spoke wit him to learn about Wilks joining the lawsuit.
