'Greed for power' has made appointing judges more partisan, former justice says

Extreme partisanship is something that has been a part of political life in the U.S. off and on for generations, but the past four or five years have reached some of the highest peaks of that description.

And we’re likely to see at least some of that next week when the Senate Judiciary Committee holds hearings of the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Ahead of that, The Show spoke with former Arizona Supreme Court Justice Stanley Feldman about the changes he has seen in partisanship and how it has affected the courts and judicial nominations.
