We may have entered 2022 with more of a whimper than a roar, but this week marked the beginning of the Year of the Tiger and Lunar New Year celebrations across Asia.

Helen Yung is best known in the Valley as the co-owner of Sweet Republic ice cream, but in her off time, you can find her at Chinese restaurants all over town.

The Show spoke with her to learn how regional cuisines differ, and how you can celebrate Lunar New Year here in Phoenix.
