How post-Thanksgiving sales impacted Arizona's economy

Another Thanksgiving is in the books, which also means another prime shopping season has come and gone.

Often, people use Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday to get their holiday shopping done in one fell swoop. But shopping habits have changed over the years due to online shopping and now the pandemic, the latter whose impact on the economy could also be affected.

Hitendra Chaturvedi is a professor of practice in the supply chain management department at Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business. 

The Show spoke with him to learn how the most popular shopping season of the year went in our state and what it could mean for the economy.
