When you can compare rates and book flights, cars, hotels and more online, why pay extra for someone to do that for you? Except, according to surveys done by a few different travel sites, it turns out millennials think it’s worth it.

We talked to Deanne Boynton Grupp, vice president of tourism for the Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau, about this emerging trend.
