Maricopa County ballots from the 2020 general election are examined and recounted by contractors hired by the Arizona Senate, June 21, 2021, at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix.

The overdue and long awaited results of the 2020 election review are scheduled to be released next week. State Senate President Karen Fann has announced that the company hired to do the review, Cyber Ninjas, will present its findings.

The review was supposed to take a month when it was started in April. Now five months later and countless court hearings the company will present its findings, according to Fann.

There is still some question of how the public gets to see the report itself, including how the public gets its own copies. Fann said the findings will not be discussed until a future meeting of the senate judiciary committee. That meeting has not been scheduled.

In the meantime an attorney for the Senate was in court Thursday morning explaining why the senate has not disclosed documents it already has and that should have been released.

There are also an estimated 60,000 other documents in the possession of Cyber Ninjas ,which, despite court orders, have not yet been turned over to the Senate.
