The number of Americans — and Arizonans — who’ve received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine continues to increase on a daily basis. And there is a measurable level of excitement, as being vaccinated makes it feel like we’re getting closer and closer to returning to the normal lives so many are longing for.

But some may be taking that enthusiasm a bit far, by taking selfies and holding up vaccination cards. That has privacy and security experts worried about scammers collecting personal information from those cards in the photos.

Nadya Bliss is executive director of ASU’s Global Security Initiative. The Show spoke with her for her response to seeing such selfies.
