Waste Management Phoenix Open
The Waste Management Phoenix Open has earned the nickname the "People's Open" because of the large crowds it attracts at the TPC in Scottsdale.

The Waste Management Phoenix Open begins Thursday at TPC Scottsdale. The four-day PGA tournament typically attracts upwards of a quarter million spectators each year, but this year organizers are paring it down for COVID-19 precautions. Only a few thousand fans will be allowed in on a daily basis.

That means the course’s legendary 16th hole will be a little less raucous than usual — the par three party has become legendary both on the PGA tour and in party circles.

The Show spoke with Brian Wacker, a writer with Golf Digest, for more about what he deems "the wildest hole in golf."
