Back in September, a home in Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community sold for $24.1 million. It boasts more than 15,000 square-feet of space and 10 bathrooms. And it broke a record for the most expensive home ever sold in the state.

But it’s looking more and more like those kinds of blockbuster home sales are not out of the ordinary in the state.

Stapp is a real estate professor at ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business, and The Show spoke with him for more about the market.
