COVID-19 Fatigue: When And How We Can Return To 'Normal'

Most of us practice some kind of routine on a daily basis. Maybe there’s a little flexibility on when you wake up or take a shower, but the way you like your coffee or when you’re ready to begin the workday is probably more set in stone.
A lot of those habits have had to change because of the past eight months and how the pandemic has affected everything. But we know that there’s a temptation, a strong pull, even, to get back to how things used to be — even if COVID-19 isn’t letting up.
To learn more about our habits and wanting to return to what had been considered normal, The Show spoke with Marcella Gemelli, who is a faculty member with the Sanford School of Social and Family Dynamics at ASU.
