The Senate Judiciary Committee began hearings Monday on President Donald Trump's U.S. Supreme Court nominee, Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

Barrett would fill the seat left vacant with the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The Senate Judiciary Committee held its second day of hearings Tuesday on President Trump's nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court.
