More and more Valley businesses are being allowed to reopen, as the region’s COVID-19 numbers continue to move in a better direction. And this week, we’re speaking with business owners who are working to welcome back customers — along with some of the challenges of doing that during a pandemic.

Carrie Parker is the owner of Cactus Taproom in Peoria. The business marked its first anniversary in May and then had to close soon after.
