Why Do Gasoline Prices Fluctuate?

The average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gas in Arizona is $3.14 a gallon. Not terrible, or maybe we’ve just accepted the fact that the price is more likely to go up quickly and come down slowly. At least it seems that way.
