This weekend, organizers are planning the second annual Women’s March — this time, focused on the future. This year’s march is called the Women’s March to the Polls. The Show's Lauren Gilger spoke with local organizers Eva Burch and Desiree Garcia more about it.

Congress has not reauthorized KidsCare in Arizona since it officially expired last fall. A proposal in the Arizona House would give lawmakers the option of keeping the program up and running with state money. Arizona Rep. Regina Cobb, a Kingman Republican, is the sponsor of HB 2127 and she joins The Show's Mark Brodie to talk about it.

Thursday, Mayor Greg Stanton and Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams announced that nine murders had been solved in the span of three weeks. One suspect, Cleophus Cooksey, was determined through the use of a fairly new technology from ATF — the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
